Mushaira on the occasion of Republic Day

A Mushaira was held in the Library Hall of Ibn Sina Academy on 26th January to mark the Republic Day. Professor Munibur Rahman, renowned scholar from USA was the Chief Guest while Prof. Saghir Ifrahim, Dept of Urdu was the Guest of Honor. Prof. S. Zillur Rahman presided over the function. Mr. Afroz Alam from Kuwait, Prof. Zahida Zaidi, Prof. Mehtab Haider Naqvi, Dr. Siraj Ajmali, Dr. Zoya Zaidi, Mr. Musharraf Mehzar, Mr. Nasir Jalali, Dr. Mujeeb Shahzar, Mr. Shakir Ali Ashar, Mr. Razi Hasnain, Dr. Rizwanur Raza Rizwan, Mr. Ali Imam, Mr. Meraj Lucknawi and a host of other scholars, poets and lovers of Urdu poetry attended the Mushaira.
